Great filter

I was recently looking to see if there was a more modern version of this filter and found they are the same as they were 12 years ago when I purchased the two I have the only difference is they are a fraction of the cost ($150 back then). I clean mine every couple of months (I should clean more often) and they collect a ton of junk and still seem to do about the same as a disposable one. Since buying these I have added an addition to my home with a new seperate ac unit and have been using disposable filters for this apartment and they do about the same amount of work so I'll say I got my moneys worth and see no need to replace only going to add one to the new addition.

I received this product promptly. One of the sides was dented. Contacted customer service by e-mail. Several days later, a replacement was arrived. The filer is well build and very sturdy. We like it very much so far.
